Publishing process:
1) Authors submit paper(s) via the online submission system.
2) Papers will be roughly reviewed by editors in 1-2 days. The first review includes the language and areas. Papers in poor expression and unrelated area will be rejected. Papers in well expression and related area will be submitted to Experts Team for reviewing.
3) Papers will be reviewed by Experts Team in 4-5 weeks.
4) We will announce the reviewing results in first time.Authors will be asked to revise their manuscripts and resubmit. 
5) The authors whose papers accepted pay the registration fee, sign Copyright Transfer Agreement and submit the final papers.
6) The Organizing Committee submits papers to Publisher for typeset.
7) Authors check,revise and send back the proofs received from the Journal officially.
8) Papers published online.

All papers from CMSE2017, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the TPC members. After a careful refereeing process, most of the accepted papers will be published by "IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering" (ISSN: 1757-899X) in IOP Publishing, whose index organizations are Scopus, EI Compendex, Scirus, SPIRES, Inspec and CPCI-S (the proceedings database of ISI Web of Science, namely ISTP). Its key publishing subject areas include: physics, materials science, engineering and so on.

The series aims at publishing original proceedings from international conferences. With a fast turnaround time and free access on the Internet, the proceedings in this series provide an excellent means for conference and their participants to quickly publish their articles to the widest possible audience. Proceedings are published online in Open Access mode. In order to guarantee the quality of our publications we only accept articles for publication which have been peer-reviewed according to the above steps, and they are also the standards for scientific journals and proceedings.

Moreover, some selected excellent papers will be recommended to SCI indexed journals such as International Journal of Hydrogen Energy (IF: 3.205), Journal of Experimental Nanoscience (IF: 0.863), Strength of Materials, MATERIALS SCIENCE-MEDZIAGOTYRA and CERAMICS-SILIKATY according to the scopes and quality.
