Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payment must be made in USD/RMB. Standards of Conference Registration for those who only attend the conference:

5. Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made and received in writing.
Cancellations before September 1st will be refunded fully;
Cancellations between September 1st and October 1st will be refunded 50% of fees;
No refunds will be provided for cancellations on and after October 1st.
