Q1. How can I attend CMSE 2018?

A1: You could attend CMSE 2018 in the following forms:
◆ Submit an abstract or a paper via the paper submission system, after confirmation, related registration instructions would be sent to you to guide the registration process;
◆ Without paper or abstract submission, you could write an e-mail to us via cmse@cmseconf.org and confirm about the participation information, after confirmation, related registration instructions would be sent to you to guide the registration process;

Q2. What is the requirement for the paper format?

A2: Abstract could be formatted according to the abstract template in the Call for Abstracts section.The detail format for full paper could be found in the publication guidelines section.

Q3. Can I register for only one part of the conference session?

A3: Unfortunately no, registration for full conference is required if you want to attend the conference.

Q4. What is the refund policy for conference registration cancellations?

A4: Requests for refund or cancellation must be received in writing via email and are subject to the following schedule:
◆ Cancellations before September 1st will be refunded fully;
◆ Cancellations between September 1st and October 1st will be refunded 50% of fees;
◆ No refunds will be provided for cancellations after October 1st.

Q5: What if I'd like to bring a guest?

A5: Surely, a guest is warmly welcome to participate in CMSE 2018, and for the registration of accompany person, please refer to Participants Guidance - Registration

Q6: I have special dietary needs; how can I request special meals?

A6: Normally, the meals provided by the conference are Buffet dinners, and round-table banquet is provided for the supper on October 19th, you could choose the dishes you like.

Q7: I need a Visa to travel. How do I obtain a letter of invitation?

A7: Please complete your conference registration and payment. After doing so, you could consult via cmse@cmseconf.org to get the invitation letter. Please note: As visa requests can take several weeks, registrants are strongly encouraged to apply for the Letter of Invitation no later than 2 months prior to the conference.
