Registration Notices

1. Payment must be made in USD, The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money;
2. Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact cmse@cmseconf.org/cmse@academicconf.com for details);.
3. The registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE Accommodation fee, Transportation fee, visa application fee and Paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals.

Cancellation Policy
If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply.

  •Cancellations before September 20th will be refunded fully;
  •Cancellations between September 20th and November 1st will be refunded 50% of fees;
  •No refunds will be provided for cancellations on and after November 1st.

All cancellations must be made and received in writing.
