Abstract Submission

For attendees who are only interested in oral or poster presentation without publications, please submit your abstract(s) following the guidelines as below:

● Abstract should be strictly within one A4 page in length apart from the cover letter page and containing at least 200 words;

● A cover letter page is required to include a short biography of the corresponding author/presenter:
1) Full Name; 2) Title information (Prof. / Dr. / Ms.) (Teacher / Student); 3) Affiliation information (Department, University/Institution) + Country; 4) Research Interests;

● Abstract should be submitted in .doc format according to the Abstract Template;

● Kindly mark "For Oral/Poster Presentation" when submitting the abstract via the Online Submission System;

● Please note that the abstracts submitted for presentations will not be published in any journals. The Conference Abstract Proceedings is for communication purpose only.

● Acceptance or rejection will be notified within two weeks via e-mail cmse@cmseconf.org.

Full Paper for Conference Proceedings

Authors are invited to submit technical papers on their research relevant to the conference theme. Accepted papers will be published in IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) (Indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, Inspec, CPCI, etc). Please prepare your paper according to the following MSE template:

The series aims at publishing original proceedings from international conferences. With a fast turnaround time and free access on the Internet, the proceedings in this series provide an excellent means for conference and their participants to quickly publish their articles to the widest possible audience. Proceedings are published online in Open Access mode.

Full Paper for SCI Journals

No typesetting is required before your initial submission. After pre-review and peer review process by at least two reviewers, a propriate SCI indexed journal will be recommended to you attached with the template required by the journal accordingly.

Notes for CMSE Authors:

*  All submissions including abstract or full paper must be submitted via CMSE 2019 online submission system.
*  For a full paper both to be published in a journal and presented on the conference, please mark "submit to the journal & for oral/poster
    presentation" in NOTE box before paper submission.
*  All Submission should be in English, and no other language are acceptable.
*  For papers to be published in IOP Conference Series, there will be a charge of $ 50/ ¥ 350 for each additional page beyond 7 pages.
*  For papers to be published in SCI indexed journals, there will also be a charge for each additional page. For details, please consult the organizing committee before submission.
